Spring 1941 - Formed at Oslo-Lysaker by renaming Kdo. Flughafenbereich z.b.V. Oslo.

Subordinated to Luftgaukdo. Norwegen.

Exercised command and control over airfields in the region around Oslo, including: Eggemoen, Gardermoen, Gossen, Horten, Kjevik, Lister, Mandal, Oslo-Fornebu, Oslo-Kjeller, Rygge, and Vaaler.

Remained at Oslo-Lysaker to the end of the war.

1 Jul 1943 - Oslo-Lysaker - subordinated: Fl.H.Kdtr. A 201/III (Gardermoen), Fl.H.Kdtr. A 202/III (Oslo-Fornebu), Fl.H.Kdtr. A 203/III (Kristiansand-Kjevik), Fl.H.Kdtr. E 19/III (Lister), Fl.Pl.Kdo. A 7/III (Mandal), Fl.Pl.Kdo. A 9/III (Oslo-Kjeller), Fl.Pl.Kdo. C 10/III See (Horten).

8 May 1945 - surrendered at Oslo-Lysaker.
